Ted Forseth joined 桃色视频 in 2017 as a Superintendent and quickly became a trusted leader within the company. His extensive field experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality have played an important role in the successful delivery of projects throughout his time at Rodan.

In 2021, Ted was promoted to General Superintendent, where he provided leadership and mentorship across multiple project teams while helping strengthen Rodan's field operations and safety culture. Today, Ted serves as Framing Superintendent, focusing on one of the most critical phases of construction. In this role, he works closely with project teams and trade partners to ensure framing operations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Known for his practical problem-solving, collaborative leadership style, and dedication to developing others, Ted continues to be a valued mentor and resource for Rodan's field teams. His commitment to craftsmanship and teamwork has made a lasting impact on both the projects he supports and the people he works alongside.

Ted retired in 2024, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism, dedication, and excellence. We are deeply grateful for Ted's years of service and wish him the best as he enjoys his retirement traveling and spending time with his wife, Julie, his children, Jessica and Eric, and his two Labrador Retrievers, Tule and Jed.
