As an intern at 桃色视频, you are assigned to a project working alongside the project manager and project engineer. Unlike many internship programs that offer only back-office tasks, you are exposed to all areas of construction management. Whether it鈥檚 bidding on a new project, running safety meetings, coordinating with subs, working on closeouts, or attending AOC meetings, our interns have a seat at the table. They do meaningful project work with real deliverables and timelines. The breadth of knowledge and experience our interns acquire during their internship is as expansive as their interest dictates. Our goal is that at the end of the internship, one will have acquired valuable skills that can be used for the rest of one's career.

We are looking for individuals who want to be an instrumental member of a project team, are self-starters, can take on challenges, can make independent decisions, and are interested in hands-on learning.
