Xavier joined 桃色视频 in January 2013 and serves as General Superintendent. What Xavier enjoys most about working at Rodan is the family-oriented culture, strong support system, and the collaboration that allows teams to work together toward a common goal. He believes that teamwork, communication, and investing in people are the foundation of every successful project.

Prior to joining Rodan, Xavier worked in retail management with Safeway, where he served as a Head Clerk and Store Closer before pursuing a career in construction. He completed the Carpenters Apprenticeship Program, where he developed the hands-on experience and leadership skills that have helped him grow into his role as General Superintendent. Today, he brings more than a decade of leadership at Rodan and a practical, people-first approach to every project he oversees.

Outside of work, Xavier enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and appreciating nature. He is also a proud father of five: Xavier Jr., Nathan, Kristopher, Yasmeen, and Gabriela. Xavier lives by the quote, 鈥淲ork hard in silence, let your success be the noise,鈥� a philosophy that reflects his humility, dedication, and leadership style.
