JD Giannini joined 桃色视频 in 2015 and serves as General Superintendent. What JD enjoys most about working at Rodan is the company's culture and the strong relationships built across every project. He believes great projects are the result of teamwork, trust, and people who are committed to helping one another succeed.

Construction has always been a part of JD's life. Inspired by his father and grandfather, he grew up around the industry before earning his degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. His years of hands-on experience, combined with numerous industry certifications in safety, rigging, scaffolding, and equipment operation, have shaped his practical, team-focused approach to delivering successful projects.

Outside of work, JD enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking, fishing, and rafting. He and his wife, Valentina, met while working at Rodan and have been together for six wonderful years. JD lives by the quote, 鈥淚f you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together,鈥� a philosophy that reflects his belief in the power of teamwork and collaboration.
