Rick joined 桃色视频 in July 2023 and serves as a Field Superintendent. What Rick enjoys most about his role is working alongside subcontractors to solve challenges in the field and keep projects running smoothly. He takes pride in helping teams stay on schedule and creating an environment where collaboration leads to successful project delivery.

Prior to joining Rodan, Rick served as a Superintendent for Cannon Contractors, where he specialized in ground-up modular construction projects throughout the Bay Area. Over the course of his construction career, he has developed extensive hands-on experience in bridge building, foundations, concrete formwork, stair construction, and roofing. He attended San Lorenzo High School and Chabot College, building a strong foundation through both education and years of field experience.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys playing soccer, camping, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Mercedes, are proud parents to their three sons, Efrain, Bryan, and Maximo. Rick lives by the quote, 鈥淚 find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have,鈥� a philosophy that reflects his dedication and strong work ethic.
