Raghu Ayanur joined 桃色视频 as an intern in May 2018 and transitioned to a full-time role in January 2019. Now serving as a Senior Project Manager, Raghu enjoys solving complex problems, taking on new challenges, and collaborating with people to deliver successful projects. He values the opportunity to continuously learn while helping teams navigate every phase of the construction process.

Raghu earned his Master's degree from the University of Southern California and began his professional career with Rodan. He holds certifications including DBIA and OSHA 30, reflecting his commitment to quality, collaboration, and professional development. His growth from intern to Senior Project Manager is a testament to both his dedication and Rodan's commitment to developing future leaders.

Outside of work, Raghu enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors with his son, Prabhav, and traveling with his wife, Shravya, family, and friends. Whether it's a family adventure or a game night with friends, he values creating meaningful connections outside of work.
