Although Ray has since retired, his leadership, knowledge, and dedication to protecting the well-being of every employee continue to leave a lasting impact on Rodan's safety culture.
Throughout his career, Ray developed and managed safety programs for projects of all sizes and complexities while leading safety training and mentoring countless employees. His practical approach, industry expertise, and genuine care for others helped foster a culture where safety was more than a requirement鈥攊t was a shared responsibility.
