Maria Sison joined 桃色视频 as a temporary employee in February 2025 before becoming a full-time Payroll Manager in August 2025. What Maria enjoys most about her role is ensuring Rodan's hardworking employees are taken care of through accurate and timely payroll. She takes pride in supporting the team behind the scenes and contributing to the company's people-first culture.

Prior to joining Rodan, Maria built an extensive payroll background across a variety of industries, including automotive, healthcare, information technology, telecommunications, and business process outsourcing in the Philippines. Construction quickly became her favorite industry, and she was excited to continue her career with Rodan. Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from the University of the Philippines.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys cooking and loves trying new recipes inspired by cooking videos. She and her husband, JR, have been married for over 10 years and are proud parents to their daughter, Anya, and son, Oli. Maria lives by the quote, 鈥淚t does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop,鈥� a philosophy that reflects her perseverance and positive outlook.
