Jovani Campos joined 桃色视频 in June 2023 and serves as a Project Engineer. What Jovani enjoys most about working at Rodan is the opportunity to coordinate projects, solve challenges, and plan ahead to help ensure successful outcomes. He values collaborating with project teams and contributing to projects that make a lasting impact.

Jovani's journey to success began when his parents immigrated to the US in pursuit of a better future. Inspired by their determination and sacrifices, he became the first in his family to graduate from college, a milestone that makes his family proud. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay. Prior to joining Rodan, he worked at Amazon, Pieology Pizzeria, and as a valet while completing his degree. He also holds certifications in CPR, Procore, Competent Person Training, and Collaborative Leadership, providing a strong foundation for supporting projects from preconstruction through completion.

Outside of work, Jovani enjoys spending time with his family and his young son. He lives by the quote, 鈥淕ood players practice until they get it right. Great players practice until they never get it wrong,鈥� a philosophy that reflects his commitment to continuous improvement and striving for excellence.
