CJ joined Rodan in July 2025 and serves as a Superintendent. What CJ enjoys most about construction is building relationships, one project at a time. He values working alongside project teams to solve challenges, deliver quality projects, and create lasting partnerships with clients and trade partners.
Prior to joining Rodan, CJ served as a Senior Industrial Advisor with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the Russian Federation and later as a Superintendent with Core Construction. His diverse industry experience, combined with certifications including OSHA 30, Takt Planning, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and TWI Trainer, provides a strong foundation for leading successful projects and supporting high-performing teams.
Outside of work, CJ enjoys spending time with his wife, Michela, and his children, Christopher James, Connor John, Colt Jameson, Crystal Jenny. Whether fishing, hunting, or relaxing with a cigar, he values any opportunity to be with family. CJ is inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's *The Man in the Arena*, a philosophy that reflects his belief in leading with courage, perseverance, and action.
