Spencer Hagerstrand joined 桃色视频 in September 2024 and serves as a Project Engineer. What Spencer enjoys most about working at Rodan is the people and the collaborative environment that makes every project rewarding. He values being part of a team that works together to solve challenges and deliver quality projects.
Spencer earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. Prior to joining Rodan, he gained early construction experience helping his father and uncle build residential homes, where he developed a strong appreciation for the construction industry and the value of hard work.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys running, working out, traveling, photography, and cliff jumping. Whether exploring new places or staying active outdoors, he brings the same enthusiasm and positive attitude to his personal life as he does to every project.
