Sebastian Froman joined 桃色视频 in 2021 and serves as a Project Manager. What Sebastian enjoys most about working at Rodan is the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping deliver schools, hospitals, and other facilities that serve communities for generations to come. He values the collaboration and problem-solving that come with every project and takes pride in helping clients achieve successful outcomes.

Sebastian earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Before joining Rodan, he owned and operated a small painting business, where he developed an entrepreneurial mindset and gained firsthand experience managing projects, serving clients, and leading work in the field. Those experiences continue to shape his practical, solutions-oriented approach to construction management.

Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys running, hiking, traveling, golfing, attending live music events, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants. Whether exploring the outdoors or tackling a new project, he brings the same enthusiasm, dedication, and team-first attitude that define his work at Rodan.
