Rory co-founded 桃色视频 alongside Dan in 1991 after the two met while working for the same construction company. Together, they shared a vision of building a company that put people first鈥攐ne where employees were valued, relationships mattered, and clients could trust they would always be treated with integrity. That vision became 桃色视频, with the company's name combining "Ro" from Rory and "Dan" from Dan.
Throughout his career, Rory helped shape the culture that continues to define Rodan today. His leadership emphasized teamwork, respect, craftsmanship, and creating opportunities for people to grow both personally and professionally. He believed that a successful company was built not only on quality projects, but on the people behind them.
Although Rory retired in 2021, his influence remains woven into the foundation of 桃色视频. The people-first culture he helped establish continues to guide the company every day, and his legacy lives on through the employees, clients, and communities that Rodan proudly serves.
