Rob joined 桃色视频 in December 2025 and serves as a Project Manager. What Rob enjoys most about working in construction is solving the many challenges that come with every project. He thrives on finding practical solutions and enjoys collaborating with project teams to keep work moving forward and deliver successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Rodan, Rob built an extensive career in commercial construction in Washington, including 14 years with Forma Construction, where he managed ground-up and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects. He earned his degree in Construction Management with an engineering emphasis from Central Washington University, bringing a well-rounded perspective and strong technical background to every project.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys golfing, traveling, watching sports, and cheering on his children's activities. He and his wife, Keri, enjoy spending time with their family, including their children, Fulton, Piper, and Max. Rob lives by the philosophy, 鈥淔ocus on the things you can control. Don't waste your time and energy on the things you can't,鈥� a mindset that guides both his work and everyday life.
