Randy joined 桃色视频 as an intern in January 2023 before transitioning into a full-time Project Engineer role. What Randy enjoys most about working at Rodan is the variety of projects and the opportunity to tackle new challenges every day. He especially values the close-knit culture within the Sacramento office, where teamwork, trust, and a family atmosphere make every project rewarding.

Randy earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. Before joining Rodan, he gained experience through several internships with Syblon Reid, Teichert, and Modern Building Company, building a strong foundation across civil infrastructure, paving, utilities, healthcare, and commercial construction. Prior to beginning his construction career, he also worked as an Xfinity subcontractor and a pizza delivery driver while pursuing his education.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys camping, paddle boarding, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. He also enjoys watching movies and is looking forward to marrying his fianc茅e, Noelle, in 2026 and welcoming a Labradoodle to the family after their honeymoon. Randy lives by the quote, 鈥淚t always seems impossible until it's done,鈥� a reminder to stay persistent and embrace every challenge.
