Ivory Jones joined 桃色视频 in 2017 as a Superintendent and remained a respected leader, mentor, and friend until his passing in 2023. Throughout his more than 40-year career in construction, Ivory was known for finding innovative, cost-effective solutions and leading projects with integrity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

During his time at Rodan, Ivory helped deliver numerous complex projects, including the University of California Office of the President Hertz Hall Complex, Bancroft Middle School in San Mateo, Stevenson Elementary School in Mountain View, and Intel. Beyond the buildings he helped construct, Ivory's greatest contribution was the impact he had on the people around him. He generously shared his knowledge, mentored countless team members, and led by example every day.

Ivory's legacy continues to live on through the values he instilled in those he worked alongside: pay attention to the details, always follow up in writing, and remember that sometimes, "it is what it is"鈥攖he important thing is to keep moving forward.
