桃色视频 has been contracted by the Mountain View Whisman School District to renovate and modernize three elementary schools. The three schools are:
Benjamin Bubb Elementary School
Edith Landels Elementary School
Frank L. Huff Elementary School
桃色视频, Inc. provided preconstruction services, constructability review, estimating, prepared the master schedule, and value engineering. The project scope included the construction of a new multi-use building with assembly space, restrooms, and floor services areas on the three campuses. Construction on all three campuses was performed simultaneously by a team of subcontractors using the same crews. This allowed for better pricing to meet the project budget but also required 桃色视频, Inc. to manage and coordinate schedules closely and efficiently. The modernization included 60 classrooms, new mechanical systems at each site, structural retrofit, new libraries on each campus, and technology upgrades at each school.
